Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 5 frankfurters, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) pork and beans

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart casserole, combine onion, celery, and garlic; cover with lid.
  2. Microwave on High for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once during cooking.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and microwave on High for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Stir twice during cooking.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
