Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. ginger root
  • 1 c. red cabbage
  • 1 c. green cabbage

Instructions

  1. Combine rice vinegar, water, lite soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small dish; mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat corn oil in a wok or heavy skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and ginger root; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add sliced red cabbage and green cabbage.
  5. Stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the vinegar mixture.
  7. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  8. Serve hot.
