Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (17-ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (16-ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8-ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
