Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a large shallow baking dish.
- Spread half of the cooked minute rice on the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them over the rice.
- Mix together mushroom soup, butter, milk, and sherry.
- Pour half of the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining rice over the chicken.
- Pour the rest of the soup mixture over the rice and chicken.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and toasted slivered almonds on top.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
