Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 10-inch glass pie plate with margarine.
  3. Mix chopped broccoli, onion, green pepper, and shredded Cheddar cheese in the pie plate.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth, about 1 minute with a hand mixer.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetable and cheese mixture in the pie plate.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
