Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • 1 small potato grated
  • 1/4 cup raw rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped green pepper, grated onion, grated carrot, grated potato, raw rice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about half a cup each.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix tomato soup, ketchup, and water to make the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce into a baking dish and arrange the meatballs in the sauce.
  5. Baste the meatballs with the sauce.
  6. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
