Ingredients

  • 1 qt. shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn with sweet pepper, drained
  • 1 c. zucchini quarters
  • 2 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 c. celery slices
  • 2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 2 c. Velveeta shredded cheese
  • 6 crisp crumbled bacon slices

Instructions

  1. In a 2 1/2-quart serving bowl, layer shredded lettuce, chopped green pepper, drained whole kernel corn with sweet pepper, zucchini quarters, chopped tomatoes, and celery slices.
  2. Spread Miracle Whip salad dressing over the celery layer, sealing to the edges of the bowl.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Velveeta cheese and crumbled bacon slices on top before serving.
