Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 4 sweet pickles
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, turmeric, and dry mustard to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the warm dressing over the combined vegetables, stir together, and refrigerate overnight or longer.
  4. Stir before serving; you may drain before serving if desired.
