- Brown the meatballs in hot fat, then remove from skillet.

- Pour in beef bouillon, add sour cream, tomato ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Add the browned meatballs back into the skillet and simmer for 1 hour.
