- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf shape.

- Remove from oven and prepare the glaze by mixing 1 cup catsup and 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
- Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Reduce oven temperature to 200°F.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
