- Chop all vegetables including tomatoes, red peppers, onions, green pepper, celery, and jalapeno.
- Combine chopped vegetables in a bowl and salt. Set aside for 3 hours.
- Meanwhile, boil vinegar, sugar, turmeric, mustard seed, and celery seed in a pot.
- Drain the salted vegetables and add them to the boiling vinegar mixture.
- Bring the mixture to a boil again.
- Using a slotted spoon, fill sterilized jars with the hot relish and seal them.
