- Cream butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and molasses; mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, ginger) and mix into wet mixture.

- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
