Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Sear celery, onion and beef in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add dry mustard, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
