Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 to 3 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine beef and onion in a Dutch oven.
  2. Cook over medium heat until browned; stir to crumble meat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the meat.
  4. Return meat to the Dutch oven.
  5. Add tomato soup, water, frozen mixed vegetables, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
