Watch Hill Zucchini Bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Sift together flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Mix well and stir in flour mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts.
- Pour into oiled 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Yields 12 squares.
