Ingredients

  • 1 c. dates
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and add sugar, then beat again.
  2. Add milk and mix lightly.
  3. Add sifted baking powder, flour, and salt.
  4. Fold in nuts and dates, dusted with flour.
