Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. lean ground meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 jar salsa sauce
  • leftover red beans
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped green onions
  • chopped black olives
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a pot.
  2. Brown the mixture well. Add taco sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Spoon a small amount of the meat mixture onto the center of a tortilla.
  4. Add red beans, chopped tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, and cheese as desired.
  5. Fold the tortilla in three to form a burrito.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
