Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Wesson or Crisco oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
