Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 cups lettuce
  • 6 radishes, sliced thin
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble, reserving drippings.
  2. Add sliced green onions to the bacon drippings and cook until tender.
  3. Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and cooked bacon to the skillet and cook and stir until boiling.
  4. Pour hot dressing over the lettuce and toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with sliced radishes and sliced hard-boiled egg before serving.
