Yogurt Deviled Eggs

- Cut the hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, setting the whites aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- In a bowl, blend the mashed yolks with plain yogurt, parsley flakes or freeze-dried chives, lemon juice or dry vermouth, prepared mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
- Refill each egg white half with about 1 tablespoon of the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with a dash of paprika before serving.
