Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes or freeze-dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or dry vermouth
  • 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash of paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, setting the whites aside.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, blend the mashed yolks with plain yogurt, parsley flakes or freeze-dried chives, lemon juice or dry vermouth, prepared mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
  4. Refill each egg white half with about 1 tablespoon of the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika before serving.
