Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger, onion, celery and salt.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake in casserole, uncovered.
