Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 large onion
  • 12 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. wide egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Marinate sirloin in sherry, soy sauce, and garlic for 1 hour.
  2. Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
  3. Stir-fry steak strips for 2 minutes.
  4. Push steak to one side of the pan.
  5. Add onions and mushrooms to the pan.
  6. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then mix steak back with vegetables and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir until heated through.
  8. Serve over cooked and drained egg noodles.
