Instructions
- Marinate sirloin in sherry, soy sauce, and garlic for 1 hour.
- Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
- Stir-fry steak strips for 2 minutes.
- Push steak to one side of the pan.
- Add onions and mushrooms to the pan.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then mix steak back with vegetables and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and stir until heated through.
- Serve over cooked and drained egg noodles.
