Instructions
- Beat until fluffy the sugar, oil, eggs, lemon peel, and orange extract.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients including the grated zucchini and nuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan lined with wax paper on the bottom.
- Bake at 375°F for 55 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
