Zucchini Dressing Casserole

Instructions
- Cook zucchini and onion in salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, zucchini, and carrots in a bowl.
- Add melted margarine to the dressing mixture.
- Layer half of the dressing in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Pour the cooked vegetables over the dressing layer and sprinkle the sausage on top.
- Add the remaining dressing over the sausage layer.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle top with 1 cup grated cheese and return to the oven to melt.
