Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 carton (4 oz.) egg substitute
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 can (4 1/4 oz.) deviled ham
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 deep dish pie crust shell, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine evaporated milk, egg substitute, and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in shredded zucchini and deviled ham.
  4. Combine cornstarch and shredded Swiss cheese; add to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the thawed deep dish pie crust shell.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until set and golden on top.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
