- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef and drain.
- Add tomato sauce, minced garlic, salt, and cinnamon; mix well.
- Pour meat mixture over the zucchini and onion in the casserole dish.
- In a bowl, beat the egg slightly and combine with cottage cheese.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the meat layer.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
