- Saute zucchini, onion, and mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Add pinches of salt, garlic powder, pepper, and sugar. Cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, salt, and egg until well mixed. Add cracked pepper.
- Combine the sautéed vegetables into the cream cheese mixture.
- Cook tart shells as directed. Cool.
- Just before serving, fill tart shells with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at 375° to 400° for 20 minutes.
