11 Layer Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, sliced ⓘ
- 1 c. parsley leaves, chopped ⓘ
- 4 large hard-boiled eggs, chilled, peeled and chopped ⓘ
- salt and pepper ⓘ
- 1 large red pepper, sliced ⓘ
- 4 medium carrots, shredded ⓘ
- 1 (5 3/4 oz.) can Colossal pitted ripe olives, sliced, drain first
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained ⓘ
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed ⓘ
- freshly ground pepper ⓘ
- 1 c. large radishes, sliced thin ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, layer each ingredient as it is listed in order, ending with cheese.
- Cover and chill.
- This is best made ahead and chilled overnight.
- Serve with favorite salad dressing.
