Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; divide into 2 equal parts.
  3. Grease 2 pizza pans.
  4. Using fingers, work mixture to one inch from edge on each pan.
  5. Leave border in order for mixture to spread.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes; do not overbake!
  7. Cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Decorate with icing.
