Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 6 onions
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 or 2 green peppers
  • 1/2 lb. frozen peas
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts in water until tender, then remove from bone and set aside.
  2. Sauté chopped celery, onions, and green peppers in oleo until softened.
  3. Melt Velveeta cheese with cooked spaghetti, then fold in the chicken, sautéed vegetables, canned tomatoes, canned mushrooms, frozen peas, and oleo.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve hot, ideal for a crowd or leftovers.
