- Cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Stir in mashed bananas.
- Sift dry ingredients (flour, soda, baking powder, salt) and add to the mixture.
- Fold in crushed pineapple (undrained), coconut, chopped drained cherries, and chopped nuts.
- Divide the batter into three greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.
- Allow to cool before removing from pans and serving.
