Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded Brick or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease a 10-inch pie plate or quiche pan.
  2. In a blender container, combine milk, eggs, flour, dried onion, marjoram, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Cover and blend for 15 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
