  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch and chicken broth until smooth.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of corn oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same wok, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add broccoli, onions, carrots, and mushrooms; stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the wok and pour in the sauce mixture.
