Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. applesauce

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add egg, beating well.
  2. Add nuts and raisins to the mixture.
  3. Add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 75 minutes.
