- In a large skillet, melt butter.
- Add rice and pine nuts. Fry, stirring constantly, until rice and nuts are golden, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ground allspice, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, condensed beef broth, water, and raisins.
- Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- If too moist, uncover for last 5 minutes of cooking.
