Instructions
- Cut all vegetables into medium size pieces into large bowl. Add oil and tomato sauce.
- Mix together and pour into large baking pan and cover with foil.
- Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
- Baste every 20 minutes.
- If it gets dry, add more sauce.
