- In a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish, combine the cooked beef mixture, potatoes with contents of the sauce mix, condensed tomato soup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in water and milk to the mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 350° to 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
