- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Melt margarine and butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Add all other ingredients, except shrimp and bread, and stir well. Adjust red and black pepper to taste for spiciness.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
