Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Grease an 8-inch foil-lined ring mold with a 5-cup capacity.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared mold to form a ring.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until the center is set.
  6. Invert the baked tuna ring onto a serving platter.
  7. Fill the center with buttered lima beans or green beans before serving.
