Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless stew beef
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the stew beef until tender.
  2. Drain and save the broth.
  3. Mince the cooked beef.
  4. Add all ingredients including 1 cup of broth to the minced beef.
  5. Cook slowly on low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. If the hash gets dry, add more broth as needed.
