Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mixture will be soft.
  2. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets.
  4. Freeze until solid.
  5. Store frozen meatballs in freezer bags until ready to cook.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 1 hour until cooked through.
