Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. bell pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 can green chilies tomatoes
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and stir to combine.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  5. Heat gently without boiling until warmed through.
  6. Serve as a dip with chips.
