Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms, washed
  • 4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place mushrooms in a jar.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and add to mushrooms.
  3. Close tightly; toss gently and refrigerate.
  4. Best if served in 2 hours or so.
