Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef (crumbled), chopped onions, and chopped green pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
  2. Add baked beans, cream-style corn, chopped green chilies, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  3. Simmer the mixture for a few minutes or transfer to a medium oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
