Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and green pepper.
  2. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and green pepper.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, and garlic salt.
  4. Shred Cheddar cheese.
  5. Slightly beat the egg and combine it with 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream.
  6. Remove meat mixture from heat and stir in the cheese and sour cream mixture.
