Beef Mushroom Loaf
A hearty beef loaf combined with mushrooms and flavorful seasonings, topped with a sweet and tangy catsup glaze, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Drain the chopped mushrooms and reserve the liquid.
- Add enough milk to the mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mushroom liquid, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and chopped mushrooms.
- Mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour.
- Combine catsup and light corn syrup.
- Brush the mixture on the meat loaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
