Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked medium egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain.
  2. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a boil; add noodles.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the noodles are done.
