Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and cream together.
  2. Add sour cream and beat until smooth.
  3. Shred the dried beef.
  4. Crisp 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans in 1 tablespoon butter.
  5. Stir 1 cup of the pecans into the mixture.
  6. Place all ingredients in a small casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup nuts on top.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350°F oven.
  9. Serve piping hot on crackers.
