- Cream the cream cheese and cream together.
- Add sour cream and beat until smooth.
- Shred the dried beef.
- Crisp 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans in 1 tablespoon butter.
- Stir 1 cup of the pecans into the mixture.
- Place all ingredients in a small casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup nuts on top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350°F oven.
