Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked, cubed beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, pickle relish, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine cooked, cubed beef, drained kidney beans, sliced celery, chopped onion, and chopped hard-cooked eggs in a bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss lightly to coat.
  4. Chill the salad before serving.
