Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • basic bread dough

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and place it in a large pan.
  2. Chop the onion and add it to the cabbage in the pan.
  3. Pour in beer and water, then cook until the cabbage is tender.
  4. Prepare basic bread dough and roll it out.
  5. Place the cooked cabbage mixture and cooked hamburger on the dough.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling to form a seam.
  7. Bake or fry until golden brown and cooked through.
